We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer Express and Priority mailing services. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, insurance and destination at time of checkout.
Express mail is guaranteed next business day delivery by 3pm in the continental United States once order has been processed. Priority mail is 2-3 day delivery in the continental United States once order has been processed. International shipment time varies based on destination.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders may take up to two business days to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship internationally to anywhere the USPS services. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Reliquary is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance can not be shipped internationally.

We gladly accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery for refund, exchange or store credit. The returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, home fragrance, personal fragrance, personal care, or apothecary items purchased online.
All rings which have been sized are final sale.
All sale items and items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.
To return merchandise, email us at email@example.com for return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Reliquary does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Reliquary.
